In the event the sampling procedure is not appropriate, even the most accurate laboratory technique cannot provide a safe and reliable qualification of the batches used for sampling. In fact, at least 80% of all uncertainties in measurement uncertainties of test results accounts for the uncertainty associated with the sampling procedure and sample preparations.
