Extremely high laboratory standards are required if you are to detect residues and contaminating substances in food products. Our laboratory undertakes to test for nearly 600 pesticides (plant protection products) on a short notice by screening.
Services provided:
- Screening for nearly 600 pesticides (plant protection products) on a short notice using samples taken from vegetables, fruits and other food products
- Beside the screening type testing we also offer the opportunity to group specific analysis of certain food products and raw materials for food products (such as phosphorus containing or chlorine containing pesticides), and components which can be measured by individual methods (for instance glyphosate, ethephon, chlorate/perchlorate, chlormequat/mepiquat, Phosethyl-Al etc.)
- Screening of the fresh vegetable and fruit samples is supplemented with the detection of dithiocarbamates as necessary, which is determined using a unique method in the form of total carbon disulphide
- Beside food product samples, feedstuff samples are also analysed, mainly for chlorinated pesticides and dioxins, as well as for PCBs
